Bruce Springsteen cancels two dates of his tour due to illness.

Due to his illness, two gigs that were scheduled to take place in Philadelphia have been postponed.

Bruce Springsteen may be stalking the pharmacies in Philadelphia. The dates of his gigs on Wednesday and Friday night will need to be rescheduled, according to a message on his X/Twitter profile.

The concerts by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band scheduled for Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on August 16 and 18 have been canceled due to Springsteen's illness, according to the social media account.

Please hang onto your tickets as they will be good for the rescheduled events. We are working on rearranging the dates.

The Philadelphia news marks the third time this year that a postponement or cancellation has been attributed to illness, but it is not always apparent that Springsteen's own illness was the cause in each case.

Three concerts that were originally set for March in Albany, Columbus, and Uncasville, Connecticut, were postponed and rescheduled for September "due to illness," with no additional explanation.

A couple of the 2023 tour's dates have been completed without the participation of the E Street Band. During the first few weeks of the tour.

which started on February 1, Steven Van Zandt, Nils Lofgren, Soozie Tyrell, and Jake Clemons each missed one show and two shows, respectively.
